This PNL & Account Connection Disclaimer explains the limitations, risks, and responsibilities associated with connecting trading accounts and displaying Profit & Loss (PNL) data on PIPN.

By connecting your trading account or relying on PNL information displayed on PIPN, you agree to this Disclaimer.

1. PURPOSE OF ACCOUNT CONNECTION

PIPN allows eligible users (Gold and Diamond badge holders) to connect their trading accounts for the purpose of:

· Displaying historical and current PNL data

· Improving transparency and credibility within the platform

· Allowing users to make informed decisions

Account connection is optional, not mandatory.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

While PIPN uses third-party APIs and technical integrations to retrieve trading data:

· PIPN does not guarantee that PNL data is accurate, complete, real-time, or error-free

· Data delays, mismatches, API errors, broker limitations, or synchronization issues may occur

· PIPN does not audit or independently verify every connected account

Displayed PNL should be treated as informational only.

3. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

Account connection relies on:

· External brokers (e.g., MT4/MT5 brokers)

· Third-party API providers

PIPN:

· Does not control these third parties

· Is not responsible for outages, incorrect data, or service interruptions

· May suspend or discontinue account connection features without notice if costs, risks, or technical issues arise

4. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE OR ENDORSEMENT

PNL visibility on PIPN:

· Does not constitute investment advice

· Does not mean PIPN endorses or recommends any trader

· Does not guarantee future performance

Past performance is not an indication of future results.

Users are solely responsible for:

· Conducting their own research

· Verifying traders independently

· Making their own trading and financial decisions

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By connecting your account, you confirm that:

· You have the legal right to link the trading account

· You understand the risks of sharing trading data

· You are responsible for any actions taken by third parties who view your PNL

You agree not to:

· Manipulate data

· Use demo accounts as live accounts

· Misrepresent performance

· Make guaranteed profit claims based on displayed PNL

6. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

· PIPN does not request withdrawal rights or trading permissions

· Read-only access is used where possible

· Users connect accounts at their own risk

Despite reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure.

7. FEATURE AVAILABILITY & SUSPENSION

PIPN reserves the right to:

· Limit the number of connected accounts

· Restrict PNL visibility

· Introduce connection fees

· Temporarily or permanently disable the feature

This may occur due to:

· Cost considerations

· Abuse prevention

· Regulatory concerns

· Technical limitations

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law:

PIPN shall not be liable for:

· Trading losses

· Financial decisions made based on PNL data

· Missed profits

· Account breaches

· API failures or broker issues

Use of PNL data is entirely at your own risk.

9. REGULATORY NOTICE

PIPN:

· Is not a broker

· Does not manage funds

· Does not execute trades

· Does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice

All trading activity occurs on third-party platforms outside PIPN.

10. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

PIPN may update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of account connection features constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
