PIPN BADGE & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Badge & Subscription Terms govern how users access features, privileges, and paid subscriptions on PIPN.

By subscribing to or using any PIPN badge, you agree to these terms.

1. OVERVIEW OF BADGES

PIPN operates a tiered badge system designed to:

· Unlock platform features

· Signal credibility

· Encourage responsible participation

Badges do not guarantee profits, trading success, or endorsement by PIPN.

2. AVAILABLE BADGES & PRICING

2.1 Badge Levels

PIPN reserves the right to review pricing with prior notice.

3. BADGE FEATURES & LIMITATIONS

3.1 Bronze Badge (Free)

· Can create communities (with member limits)

· Can list 1 marketplace advert per month

· Cannot connect trading account (no PnL visibility)

· Limited credibility indicators

3.2 Silver Badge (₦1,500/month)

· Eligible for PP point conversion & withdrawal

· Weekly withdrawal limits apply

· Can post up to 3 marketplace adverts per month

· Higher community member limits

· Improved credibility visibility

3.3 Gold Badge (₦5,000/month)

· Can connect trading account (PnL visibility)

· Eligible for PP withdrawal

· Can post up to 10 marketplace adverts per month

· Larger or unlimited community capacity

· High credibility badge display

3.4 Diamond Badge (₦10,000/month)

· Full platform access

· PnL visibility enabled

· Priority placement & visibility

· Can post up to 20 marketplace adverts per month

· Unlimited communities & members (subject to fair use)

4. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING TERMS

4.1 Subscriptions are billed monthly

4.2 Fees are:

· Charged in Nigerian Naira (₦)

· Non-refundable once processed

4.3 Failure to renew a subscription may result in:

· Downgrade to Bronze

· Loss of premium features

· Temporary restriction of marketplace or withdrawal access

5. BADGE DOWNGRADE & EXPIRATION

· If a subscription expires, the user will be downgraded automatically

· Badge downgrade may affect:

o Marketplace listings

o Community limits

o Withdrawal eligibility

· Active listings may be paused upon downgrade

6. PP POINT CONVERSION & WITHDRAWALS

6.1 PP point conversion:

· Is available only to Silver, Gold, and Diamond users

· Is subject to weekly and monthly caps

· May be paused, adjusted, or discontinued at PIPN’s discretion

6.2 PIPN reserves the right to:

· Cap total weekly withdrawals

· Limit the duration of withdrawal programs

· Suspend withdrawals for system updates, abuse prevention, or financial sustainability

PP points are not cash, not legal tender, and not guaranteed to be redeemable at all times.

7. MARKETPLACE ACCESS & BADGES

· Marketplace privileges depend on badge level

· Advert posting limits reset monthly

· Listings may expire based on platform rules

· PIPN charges a 10% transaction fee on all completed sales

Violation of marketplace rules may result in:

· Badge downgrade

· Listing removal

· Earnings forfeiture

· Account suspension

8. BADGE MISUSE & ENFORCEMENT

Users must not:

· Misrepresent badge level

· Use badge status to make guaranteed profit claims

· Sell services outside the marketplace

PIPN may suspend, downgrade, or terminate accounts for abuse.

9. NO GUARANTEE OR ENDORSEMENT

· Badges reflect access and participation, not trading skill

· PIPN does not verify profitability beyond system data

· Users engage with others at their own risk

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

PIPN may modify:

· Badge pricing

· Features

· Withdrawal limits

· Subscription structure

Changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
