PIPN COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to PIPN — a community built for Forex, Crypto, and Stock traders to learn, share, grow, and do business responsibly.
These Community Guidelines exist to:
· Protect users
· Maintain trust and credibility
· Ensure a high-quality trading environment
By using PIPN, including its communities, marketplace, and social features, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. CORE COMMUNITY VALUES
All users on PIPN must uphold the following principles:
· Integrity: Be honest and transparent
· Respect: Treat others with dignity
· Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions
· Education over deception: Trading is risky — misinformation harms everyone
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
You are welcome to:
· Share trading ideas and market opinions
· Discuss Forex, Crypto, and Stock markets
· Run trading-related communities (within badge limits)
· Promote services only through the marketplace
· Ask questions and educate others respectfully
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOR
The following are strictly prohibited on PIPN:
3.1 Fraud & Deception
· Guaranteed profit claims
· “No loss”, “risk-free”, or “sure win” promises
· Fake or manipulated PnL screenshots
· Impersonation of other traders or brands
· Ponzi, HYIP, or referral-only investment schemes
3.2 Financial Misconduct
· Unlicensed investment management
· Soliciting funds outside the PIPN marketplace
· Requesting direct wallet transfers or off-platform payments
· Signal selling without marketplace listing approval
3.3 Abuse & Harassment
· Hate speech, threats, bullying, or intimidation
· Personal attacks or harassment
· Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or background
3.4 Spam & Manipulation
· Mass unsolicited messages
· Repetitive promotional posts
· Artificial engagement manipulation
· Posting referral links without approval
3.5 Illegal & Harmful Content
· Content violating Nigerian law
· Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or crimes
· Malware, phishing, or scam links
4. MARKETPLACE-SPECIFIC RULES
· All paid services must be listed only through the PIPN Marketplace
· Sellers must:
o Clearly describe their service
o Avoid exaggerated claims
o Deliver services as advertised
· Payments must remain on-platform
· Bypassing PIPN fees or systems is prohibited
Violation may result in:
· Marketplace ban
· Earnings forfeiture
· Account suspension
5. COMMUNITY CREATION & MANAGEMENT
5.1 Community creators must:
· Moderate their communities responsibly
· Remove harmful or misleading content
· Enforce PIPN rules within their community
5.2 Communities must not:
· Operate as private investment pools
· Collect funds directly from members
· Encourage off-platform transactions
5.3 PIPN reserves the right to:
· Remove communities
· Limit member counts
· Suspend community privileges
6. BADGE LEVEL & CREDIBILITY
· Badge levels indicate platform activity and credibility, not guaranteed performance
· Higher badges do not mean endorsement by PIPN
· Users must not misrepresent badge status to deceive others
7. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT
7.1 Users are encouraged to report:
· Fraud
· Misrepresentation
· Abuse
· Marketplace violations
7.2 PIPN may take the following actions:
· Content removal
· Temporary restrictions
· Badge downgrade
· Marketplace suspension
· Permanent account termination
Decisions are made at PIPN’s discretion and may not always be reversible.
8. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE DISCLAIMER
· Content shared on PIPN is for educational and informational purposes only
· PIPN does not provide financial advice
· Users trade at their own risk
9. CHILD SAFETY & AGE REQUIREMENT
· PIPN is strictly for users 18 years and above
· Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated
10. UPDATES TO GUIDELINES
PIPN may update these Community Guidelines at any time.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated rules.
